Terms and Conditions - YouPlanet

The Promoter hereby undertakes to promote the services and/or products provided by YouPlanet Enterprises Limited (Company) to companies and/or businesses and/or individuals (Clients) dealing with hotel, restaurant, tourist business, holiday activities of any kind, car rental or hiring, tours organizers, in a variety of countries worldwide, during travels in various countries. The travels will be at the Promoter’s expenses and the Promoter shall be free to choose the countries to travel.

Commission

The Company undertakes to pay the Promoter 100 USD for each Client who signs up and/or enters and/or subscribes and/or registers with the Company, as a result of the Promoter’s introduction of YouPlanet and whom the Company accepts as ‘’Client’’. This amount is payable upon the actual cleared payment by the Client of the subscription fee.
This payment will be made to the Promoter’s online account which will be created by the Company, upon entering into the present terms and conditions.

Training.

The Promoter upon entering into the present terms and condition is given the opportunity to attend the interactive sales training provided by the Company online and for which the Promoter will obtain the relevant certificate by the Company. However the Promoter can begin to promote the Company’s services and/or products even without prior attending the said training and obtaining the abovementioned certificate.

Personal details of Promoter

The Promoter must provide the requested personal and other details to the Company and the Company has the right to process and/or use these details and information as it sees fit. The Privacy Policy of the Company which the Promoter has accepted upon entering YouPlanet as member applies to such information and/or details.

Provision of true and correct information to potential Clients

The Promoter undertakes to provide true and correct information to the Client and not to promote the Company’s services under false pretenses and/or promises and/or undertakings and not to bind the Company with any undertakings whatsoever. The Promoter may rely only on the information contained on the website of the Company and/or the information provided to the Promoter by the Company during the interactive sales training. In the event that the Promoter breaches this term the Promoter will be liable towards the company for any losses and/or damages the Company incurs as a result of such a breach by the Promoter.

Promoter's liability

The Promoter is fully responsible to pay any tax and/or charge and/or fee in any jurisdiction, relating and/or concerning and /or deriving from his/hers commission for every Client who signs up with the Company as a result of the Promoter’s introduction of the Company’s services. If requested by any appropriate and/or competent authority of any state and/or jurisdiction by the Company to pay any amount regarding the Promoter’s commission the Promoter hereby undertakes to reimburse the company for any such amount and/or the Company has the right to keep any amount due to the Promoter as commission for reimbursing such payment.

In the event of any breach of the above terms and conditions by the Promoter he/she will be liable to compensate the Company for any damages and/or losses it may incur as a result of such breach and the Company may terminate this agreement by notice to the Promoter via the email address he/she provides upon entering these terms and conditions.

Status of the present terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are in addition and/or supplementary to the YouPlanet Terms of Use and Terms of Conduct to which the Promoter has entered into and/or accepted upon becoming member of YouPlanet Services website and continue to apply and bind the Promoter in addition to these terms and conditions.
