I've been living in Bogota almost all my life, and I have to say that this is one of the funniest city, because of Its nice people, the awesome music played in the night clubs, where the party goes until the next day, the variety of food and cultures and off course the most beautiful women you will ever see.
my advise for you, come to visit my city.
