  A review of Mandaluyong

One of the big Cities within Metro Manila.

Growing up in Basel, a small city in switzerland with a population of roughly 10% of the population of Metro Manila there was no doubt that just the size it self would be a huge adjustment for me. On a cultural level I could say that I would have the blood of my mother, a native Filipina, in me. But living the culture is something totally different.

At first, the huge size, the dirt, polution, traffic and chaos will sufficate you. But once you start meeting different people exploring the area and start actually living breathing the air, there is almost nothing that can compare to this beautiful city. Yes I call the city beautiful in it's own way. It is truly a city that doesn't rest. A city of development. Manila has become my home and I would not trade it for the world.
