14 on the Quay is worth a visit if you're in the area
14 on the Quay has a great location and above average food. I'd say it is my top 5 list of restaurants in Gib. However, the competition is not hard since Gibraltar isn't well-known for its great restaurants.
The service isn't great, I experienced them quite slow and not very service minded. I had to wait for a minute or two every time I wanted to order something, since the waiter simply didn't look our way.
