With a stunning decoration and a menu signed by a well known chef, Aqua Nueva could not be anything else but an exciting gastronomic experience. The glamorous interior is accompanied by a rooftop terrace with breathtaking views. The menu is based on the spanish tradition but becomes creative by taking spanish cuisine a few steps forward. Try the tapas, the fresh seafood, the galician rib-eye or the iberian pork secreto.

Aqua (30, Argyll Street) opened on the top floor of a building on Regent Street, it is really two restaurants: Aqua Kyoto, which offers luxury contemporary Japanese cuisine, and Aqua Nueva, who triumphs with Spanish cuisine by ex El Bulli chef, Alberto Hernandez. The views from its two roof terraces (open all year) are wonderful. Also includes a lobby bar, Aqua Spirit, so cool.
