A bit of muffins and delicious Portobello Road...
It is quite a statement to name THE best cupcakes in London when there is plenty of choice and London is full of bakeries BUT... If I had to choose ONE place for the best muffins, it's the hummingbird bakery. It is a chain and there are a few around London. I suggest the one down Portobello Road, beautifully presented, I warn you, you will have to queue outside the little shop on a Saturday! But it is completely worth it... Besides, once there, you would enjoy the fun of the Portobello Market on weekends... You'll also find the best vintage clothes and beautiful silver jewellery...
Their carrot cake... IT'S A MUST!
