Born just outside of Birmingham but now have moved on living around the world in different locations. Birmingham the second city to London has a mix of everything from good bars, clubs to the best arenas including the NEC for business and concerts. They have the Royal Ballet a number of theaters some next to China Town for good honest food. Birmingham is also very well located for travel to other parts of the Uk, london 1 hour 30 mins away Wales 3 hours away and Scotland only 4/5 hours away. There are a number of airports three in total all easy to link to other counties. Back to Birmingham where Broad st is the main drinking area consisting of many bars resturants producing many different dishes. The day time walks next to many of the waterways will show you how this industial town has changed over many years, even the president of the USA has had a beer at one of our many Bars. Shopping is also a must with the opening of the state of the art shopping mall right in the center and very easy to walk to from all the hotels you might stay. Hotels range from cheap express to luxury 5 star check out the hotels within the area called the mailbox which is the new hub of activity. Good luck and enjoy your stay.
