Case Mates is the main square in Gibraltar, it is also the start (or end) of the main street that cuts through half the town. On Case Mates you will find plenty of bars and restaurants with a great chance of having a beer in the afternoon sun. You have a short walk down to the marina, it's just 200 m away.

Case Mates is a great place to relax and look at people in the late afternoon. The suns sets pretty late and although you have the wall and some building in front of you the sun will still burn until 19-20.



Also, this is a good place to find some bars if you're looking for some night events.
