There are a lot of things i could say for this city, make references about the monuments, the history, all the museums but this kind of things are already known and said a billion times.. what i have to say about athens is that it's not only about that!
it has great night life, in areas like "psyri" or "thiseio" where you can go out with your friends under the acropolis, or "gazi" where are all the clubs and the bars.. also there is "likavitos" a small hill where concerts are performed and it's really romantic just to sit there and watch all the city in front of you..
Moreover, you can aso go for a walk in the small streets of "plaka" and meet new people, or you can hug out in one of the many parks and relax, drink your coffee.. generally, the weather is good so you can also go shopping in "ermou", and when you re tired you can stop and rest eating souvlaki.. basically wherever you go there are plenty of stuffs you can do, and have the time of your life! it's all about being with good friends.
