Pousada do Mauricio in Jericoacoara, Brazil

Situated on the Main Street, only 50m from the beach, Pousada do Mauricio became famous thanks to the tradition of happy hours after the sunset from the dune "Por do Sol", that offers to the tourists a pleasant aperitif once back from the beach after a day of sun and wind.

The aperitif alternatively offers mussels, sausages, tomato bread, cheese bread, and oysters.

When the front of the pousada offers entertainment and the possibility to make friendship easily, tasting caipirinhas and caipiroskas, the back of the pousada offers the possibility to sleep in bedrooms immersed in the green of a tropical garden, with nice sights to the sea and the dune in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

The pousada offers 10 apartments, some with air conditionning, and others with ceiling fans, all with bathroom and hot shower. The breakfast is complete and includes a buffet with tropical fruits, juices, yoghurts and cereals, homemade cakes, sandwiches, eggs, crepes, coffee and tea.
