With its Michelin star, the restaurant can meet any dietary needs (dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian) provided it is told in advance. It uses only the freshest, seasonal products and offers a set price menu and two tasting menus. Located in a restored old stone mill house, it has 80 covers including its private rooms.
