Modern Italian eatery set in the lively Casemates square. Everything from chicory and crispy pancetta salad with walnuts, pears and blue cheese dressing, or king prawn, mozzarella and mango salad to pastas (e.g. linguine with Serrano ham, king prawns and rocket, smoked salmon and crayfish and ravioli with saffron and spinach cream) to salads (Vesuvio spicy beef, cherry tomatoes, roasted peppers abd red onions, and Romana chorizo, black pudding, egg and pancetta) and pizzas (Quattro Stagioni topped with mozzarella, ham chicken, pepperoni and mushroom) and specialties such as salmon fishcakes, beef medallions and duck.
