Your expensive alternative to X93 bus is taking the suburban railway from AIA and stop Neratziotissa station were you interchange for the metro line 1 (the green one wich is also the oldest of Athens) directed to Piraeus. your stop is Perissos station and from there you walk to Plateia Patriarxou.
Be careful not to take the metro line from AIA wich goes to Syntagma square. In this case you'll have to dissembark at Doukissis Plakentias station and wait for the suburban railway to continue as mentioned above
