An article about New York City
by Elizabeth Scripps

This weekend I experienced my favorite thing about NYC. If you haven't been to NYC then you need to come visit, and when you come you need and must walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.

The Brooklyn Bridge is the oldest steel wire suspension bridge in the United States, completed in 1883. It connects the New York City to Brooklyn. It is one of the only bridges still around from the 1800's. The bridge can be seen in many movies such as_ Once Upon A Time In America, Captive Women, The Fifth Element, Deep Impact, Godzilla, Aftershock: Earthquake in New York, I Am Legend, Life After People, Cloverfield, Zombi 2, Oliver & Company, Enchanted and Kate & Leopold._

As you walk across the bridge it time travels you back in time. The views from the bridge are marvelous. If you have the time to walk the bridge I highly recommend this experience for only you can experience this feeling for yourself.
