Near Grand Palace, Historic Bangkok



Wat Pho is home to the famous reclining Buddha, a must see while in Bangkok. It is the largest Wat in Bangkok, and is technically the oldest too, as it was built around 200 years before Bangkok became Thailand's capital. Personally, I found this Wat more impressive than the nearby Grand Palace.



50Baht entrance fee. Remember to dress appropriately by covering your shoulders and thighs. I would recommend you wearing shoes that are easy to remove so you can enter the temples easily.
