An article about United States of America
by Savannah Şâd

The state of jazz clubs in Baltimore is rough right now. With the New Haven Lounge fallen on rough times and the only new jazz joint to open in the past year in the 'burbs, An die Musik is competing against itself. An die Musik's excellent Creative Differences series moved there and weekly improv jam Out of Your Head lives there--and Club 347 has a couple of jazz nights, but An die Musik still has its intimate, designed-for-jazz room and the bucks to book large, out-of-town artists, on top of hosting regular Peabody Institute offspring and recitals from soon-to-be-notable locals.
