Bangkok Nightlife
The Nightlife in the City of Angels offer something for all people. The trendiest club in town in BED Supperclub which features a mix of farangs (white people) and high society Thai. After BED most people head to the club Tunnel for after hour party. In Bangkok people go out quite early because you never know when the clubs are going to cloes. The police sometimes decides to close down everything before 1 am and only one or two places that have bribed the police is then open. The area close to sukhumvit Soi 10 where Bed is located also feature Twisted Republic which is a new club with the same kind of people as Bed and a really cool bar, worth checking out. BED is good almost every night, especially on Wednesday when they have salsa and models night (models have free drinks). On Sunday it is gaynight at BED. Koi is a recommended place to go if you like the high end type of party, especially on Tuesdays (models night) where people continue to Flix at Royal City Avenue (RCA) afterwards. RCA is a long street filled with high tech clubs, mostly frequented by locals. 808 is the most popular place here after Flix.
Another Area to check out is Ekkamai that have a local feeling with some great places, mostly frequented by locals as well. For more touristy kind of party head to the area around Khao San Road that is filled with backpackers out to have a good time.
For a crazy experience head to Club Hollywood where it is really party the local style.
It is recommended to stay away from the areas around Patpong, Soi Cowboy and Nana that feature a lot of girly bars and is very touristy. In the area around Patpong the club Tapas is however well worth a visit.
