Zacatecas is a colonial city that was founded in 1546; is full of nice museums and has a strong cultural lifestyle. So i'm going to show you a 5 top list of the most important:

 

Pedro Coronel

This museum offers you pieces from all over the world, is one of the richest in Latin America.

 

Virreinal

This museum is in what was a convent, possesses works of important painters of the viceroyalty.

 

Zacatecano

This museum possesses an interesting collection of Huichol Art pieces; pieces that show their relation with the nature.

 

Rafael Coronel

Located in an old convent, exhibits interesting collections of popular Mexican art, mainly of mexican masks.

 

Museum of abstract art: Manuel Felguerez

It is an honoring to the zacatecano artist. This museum exhibits a very important collections and it is the first of this kind in the country.
